A corridor enclosed with barrel-aged wines leads to a rustic, dimly-lit space and a hidden cocktail menu is revealed using a blow torch. If you’re able to catch a glimpse of the secret menu, spot the ‘Truffle Chocolate’ with Chivas Regal 12 infused with black truffle, chocolate syrup, lemon juice and chocolate bitters, or the ‘Black Forest’ with sherry, Cynar, mezcal and lavender bitters.
