Continuing the brand's collaboration with New York-based chef Gray Kunz, Café Gray Deluxe at The Middle House is the sister restaurant to Café Gray Deluxe at The Upper House in Hong Kong. Showcasing seasonal ingredients, Café Gray Deluxe offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. In between meals, have a light bite in the bar and lounge or a sunset cocktail on the sprawling terrace. Gray is assisted by chef Peter Lin in leading the kitchen team to present unique, modern European cuisine with Asian ingredients and sophisticated craft cocktails.
