Flair’s view is simply jaw-dropping. You’re on the 58th floor of The Ritz-Carlton Pudong and yet the bar is open air – it feels as if you could almost reach out and touch the Oriental Pearl Tower. The drinks are a little pricey (110RMB plus surcharges for a signature cocktail), and there’s a minimum spend for the terrace tables, but it’s still well worth coming here - at least for the Insta.
