A non-profit cat shelter set up by a group of Shanghai-based animal rescuers, PPAR has so far rescued over 600 cats and kittens and is currently a temporary home for 70 kitties in need of a new family. There are adoption days every month and the PPAR shelter can open its doors during the weekend upon request.
